We supply flue and air ducts made of carbon and low alloy steel, in the following designs:
- with external insulation - sheets 4 - 8 mm thick, temperatures up to 500°C
- with internal insulation - liners 2 - 2.5 mm thick, flue gas temperatures up to 750°C
We will prepare an optimal design including detail engineering for the delivery and installation of the ducts.
Ducts of all shapes - circular, square ducts, diffuser transition pieces, vane elbows, etc. Clear channel dimensions from 400 mm to 10000 mm.
We also design and supply special duct hangers and compensators.
Materials used: S235JR, P265GH, 16Mo3, 1.4541, 1.4828.
Chimney dampers
Circular chimney dampers with electric actuator for waste heat boilers with safety blade opening.
The dampers are used to protect the boiler from rainwater when it is shut down or kept warm.
Supplied diameters from 2m to 10m. Two shaft design with one drive for diameters up to 5.8m, higher clearances in four shaft design with two drives. Uninsulated version for flue gas temperatures up to 150-180°C, for higher temperatures dampers with internal insulation and stainless steel liner.
The flaps are usually supplied in two or four modules that can be easily assembled.
